Some people fght color blindness in multimedia carers by using equipment to measure colour in print, or use special computer programs to measure the color levels and therefore they can estimate what color they are using.
The method ussualy works and in case there is a bigger project with more intense colors, you can allways ask a co-worker to look at the result.

@Mitch i honestly don't know why but i guess it is just the first phase of the disorder, like a cracked bone, except that unlike a cracked bone, color blindness can not be cured.
